Terms, privacy, and platform questions

This page summarizes the current legal and operational posture of Encore Lounge for patrons, Hosts, moderators, and the owner.

Terms of Service summary

Encore Lounge is a moderated 21+ membership platform. Users must provide truthful onboarding information, comply with platform rules, and respect all moderation decisions, payment rules, and content restrictions.

Host approval is not automatic. Applications are reviewed by moderators or the owner, and platform access may be suspended or revoked where compliance, safety, or operational standards are not met.

Patron memberships and Host memberships are separate systems. Revenue splits, gifting rules, and payout practices are controlled by platform administration and may be updated as the business evolves.

Privacy summary

Encore Lounge stores age-gate compliance information, moderation records, profile data, and Host application media in secure platform systems for compliance, safety, and operational review purposes.

Application photos and videos are uploaded to scalable cloud storage and reviewed only by authorized moderation or owner-level personnel.

Operational notifications may be sent to the owner or moderation team when new Host applications, flagged content, or dispute events require review.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access Encore Lounge?

Encore Lounge is restricted to users who complete the 21+ age gate, acknowledge the consent notice, and accept the Terms of Service before protected platform access is granted.

How is patron pricing structured?

Patron pricing is enforced before full platform access and remains separate from Host pricing. Male patrons are charged $19.99 per month and female patrons are charged $15.99 per month.

How do Hosts apply?

Prospective Hosts must submit an application with 2 to 10 photos and at least one 45-second video explaining why they should be approved. Applications are reviewed by moderators or the owner.

How are Host payouts handled?

Host payouts are processed during biweekly reconciliation. Zelle is the primary payout option and Stripe is used only as a fallback when the Host opts out of Zelle.
